Each Thursday evening in March at 7:00 p.m. Hosted by St. Martin’s Episcopal Center, 814 W. Maple, Fayetteville
Our world today is anxious and full of violence. Can you give an HOUR FOR PEACE?
An interfaith, intercultural, community building, sharing of sacred space. ALL are welcome—young and old, those of any faith tradition or no faith tradition, those of spiritual inclination and not affiliated, those who honor the enduring values of our great religions, those who wish to move our culture toward a more peaceful union.
SING for peace. DANCE for peace. SIT for peace. CHANT for peace. CONTEMPLATE peace.
Bring a song, poem, prayer, or story from your culture or tradition on the theme of PEACE. Use your native language or voice—if you would like, you can offer an interpretation in English also. Prayers, poems, readings will be available if you’d like to participate and don’t bring your own. Please keep your offering under five minutes. Silence will be observed in between each reading.
Additional parking is available at United Campus Ministry, 902 W. Maple; Unitarian
Universalist Fellowship, 901 Cleveland; street parking along Storer.
