To register GSLC with your corporate giving platform, use EIN 71-0420393.

GSLC is listed on the official roster of congregations with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and is recognized by the ELCA as being included under its Group Exemption Ruling establishing GSLC as exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c)(3). The platform may ask for this group exemption number—9386—and for the ELCA’s 501(c)(3) letter and accompanying documents.

Gift of Stock

  1. Notify the Church Administrator at 479-521-2113 or email office@goodshepherdnwa.org of the transfer date, number of shares and security name. This is important to ensure you receive credit on your church giving statement.

  2. Let the Church Administrator know which church funds (ex. General, Community Aid, Ozark Atolls, etc.) you wish to benefit. Unspecified funds will benefit the General Fund.

  3. Give your broker/bank/mutual fund the following information to initiate the transfer into GSLC’s First Horizon brokerage account:
